Military Allotment Accounts
When you're serving your country, that should be your first priority. This unique account helps you keep your bills and other important financial matters under control, so you can concentrate on more important things.
You control the account. Set up the amount you would like transferred from your payroll, who you need paid on your behalf, and how much. We'll handle the rest. And when your debt is paid, we'll hold funds in an interest bearing account.
No matter where you are in the world, your designated pay portion will automatically come to NBDC, and be paid automatically.
The cost will not exceed $2.00 per payment. You may stop your deductions at any time, and you may then close your allotment account, and we will remit to you the remaining balance, plus accrued interest, upon receipt of your written request.

The authorization notice is designed for use by all U.S. Government employees who have access to the government's E/MSS program. A separate form must be made for each individual payment.
To find out if you are eligible, go to their website at www.dfas.mil.
Please print the documents below, complete the necessary sections, and send it to us along with a copy of the front and back of either your military ID or driver's license. You can fax it to us at 607-652-2942, or mail it to:

The top section authorizes NBDC to make payments from your savings account to the company you name on the form. If you are already making payments to that company, this will replace the authorization currently being paid. If you are not currently making payments to this company, this will be a new payment authorization.
The center section is your personal information, and must be completed for both the authorization (top) section, and the new account (bottom) section.
